Rare vintage piece. Sterling silver lariat style necklace with wavy /snake pendant and textured loop. I believe it had a small silver notch to hold it in place, which is not there anymore. It can be worn as is (this is how I’ve worn it) or replaced if looking for a fixed position on the necklace.
