This TPI Corporation CE-24-D direct drive exhaust fan has a 24" blade diameter and is suitable for ventilating a building to the outside. It has a 2-speed, 120V, 2.5 amp, single phase, 1/4 hp, permanently lubricated, totally enclosed ball bearing motor with permanent split capacitor. The blade assembly (consisting of a steel hub and spider) holds the fan head's three aluminum paddles, which are enclosed by front steel spiral wire guards for strength. The fan can be installed using the wire guard without external framing and can be used with or without an external shutter (not included). The permanent split capacitor (PSC) motor provides both starting torque and the ability to run at variable speeds.
