Franciscan Desert Rose is a classic favorite, and has been made since the early 1940s (in the USA), and as recently as 2013
- These are some of the first made, oldies from the 1940s or 1950s, and can be identified as such by their bottom stamps
- Amazing condition, considering their age
- Features hand painted pink roses and leaves
- Two different (but very old) bottom stamps from te 19405 and 50s appear on the plates
- 4 plates remain from an earlier listing (3 have a circular style stamp used from 1953 to 1958; 1 has a semicircle/crescent stamp used from 1949 to 1953)
Good Condition
- One plate has a small imperfection along the outside edge
- Some minimal crazing
- Surfaces are nice and shiny
- Age appropriate wear from some use and storage
