These pants are extremely rare to find online - I only found 1 or two examples, available or sold. They are identical to these Escada pants linked below except for color and size, and the tag picture I've included is from them with an original MSRP of $625.

Not only are they rare in general, but this pair are in an even rarer color! The color is medium cool purple brown which Escada calls Henna, and I'd call Kalamata. Others might call it a deep heathered purple.
These classic slacks also boast tons of seam allowance for alterations in the seat, hems, and thigh width (measurements shown below). Size EU 42 or ~US 10 (36"x30.5"). The quality is phenomenal.
