Sauté cumin, chili, kalongi, mustard, fenugreek, fennel, garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add onions and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add potatoes, cilantro and cover tightly. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked all the way through.
