Yasuko Okada

Born in 1954. Graduated from Chuo University, MBA from Waseda University Graduate School. In 1988, established (Ltd.) Sogo Consulting Oasis, which provides consulting for new businesses. In 1990, established (Ltd.) Cuore C Cube, which conducts mental health training and consultation, and became its Representative Director. She coined the term "power harassment" and gives numerous lectures and training sessions to public institutions and companies, while also developing programs to prevent workplace harassment.

Member of the "Roundtable Conference on Workplace Bullying and Harassment Issues" and the "Working Group of the same Roundtable Conference" hosted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in fiscal year 2011. Committee member of the "Study Group on Measures to Prevent Power Harassment in the Workplace" hosted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in fiscal year 2017.
Her books include "Boss! That's Power Harassment" (Nihon Keizai Shimbun Publishing), "Don't Forgive! Power Harassment" (Asuka Shinsha), and "Power Harassment Theory for Managers" (co-authored, Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha).
