Team Rocket is heavily featured in DarkCry version as one of the series most notable antagonists. In addition to that, the use of some profanity is notable. Pokemon movesets for this version are copied from the original movesets of the game it's based on. The original creator of the hack hasn't taken time to fix some of the more glaring issues since it's release. As is seen when Piplup evolves into Prinplup, who is only a standard water type, while in DarkCry version, it is a Water and Ground type, most notably after Mudkip and it's final evolution Swampert.
