Size: small (can be worn by women also, but sizing is a small for men, so medium or a smaller large for women). Request measurements if needed.
The material on outside is like a sweatshirt material, then inside is padded quilted puffer style (see photos). It’s a warm jacket and more heavyweight.

The jacket is late 90s or early 2000’s vintage.
