It mixes easily with your chosen hair coloring product when depositing permanent haircolor. Ensures stronger smoother healthier hair during and after the hair coloring process. This developer can be mixed with any permanent hair color or lightener when the directions call for 10 volume hydrogen peroxide. The creamy viscosity will allow for either bottle or bowl and brush application. It provides superior color results when used with ion Color Brilliance Creme or Liquid Permanent Hair Color.
