- EXTENDS PoE UP TO 1000 METERS/3280 FT.: Send power and data up to 10 times the max. distance of a single Ethernet cable from your PoE switch or injector without packet loss This IEEE 802.3bt/at/af-compatible PoE+ Extender kit supports 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet speeds to any IEEE 802.3bt/at/af PoE camera, wireless access point, VoIP phone and more. Kit's TWO UNITS MUST BE USED TOGETHER, no matter the distance. A minimum of three separate Ethernet patch cables are required in a setup.
- DUSTPROOF & WATERPROOF | OUTDOOR USE: Extender features an IP67 rating to maintain connections in offices and the outdoors where rain and dust are present. Extender kit supports temperatures between 14 - 131°F (-10 - 55°C).
- PoE++ INPUT: Extender accepts up to 95 watts from Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) such as a PoE switch or injector and requires no additional power input a wall outlet or PDU; power consumption 0.4 W (no load) / 0.7 W (full load) max.
- PoE++ OUTPUT | DEVICE SAFETY: Depending on PSE, cable length and type, Extender can provide power for IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 devices. Please see the image "Chart" for a general idea of expected power and data speeds for your device's capabilities, your Category of cable and it's length. Cat6 cable is recommended. Auto-sensing technology ensures protection from short circuits (short GND), current overloads and high voltages.
