Kit includes: 1 × M295HV high-volume / high-pressure pump (assembled & pressure-tested), front cover gasket set (TCS45993), new balancer bolt (12557840), pickup-tube O-ring, front crank seal and installation guide. All gaskets molded in high-temp silicone to eliminate RTV mess.
- CNC-machined rotor pockets and enlarged passages move 18 % more oil at idle and sustain +10 PSI at 6 000 RPM, reducing valve-train noise and safeguarding LS cams with aggressive lobe lift. Anti-cavitation porting keeps pressure stable during hard launches, towing or drift sessions. Direct-fit design mates to stock pickup tube and timing cover—no spacer plates or extra gaskets required. Pump body cast from ASTM A-536 nodular iron; heat-treated steel rotors hardened to 55 HRC for long life on boosted builds. Phosphate-coated exterior fights flash rust during storage. Each unit bench-flowed to ≥ 10 GPM @ 40 PSI; relief spring set to approx 70 PSI.
