This universal ceiling fan remote controller is designed to separately control your ceiling fan speed and light brightness. There are four buttons (HI, MED, LOW, OFF) to control the speed of the fan and off. The light button will control the light brightness dimmer and on/off. The red indicator on the transmitter will light when one of the five buttons is pressed. Need to Know Before Buying: This remote not has reverse button, but compatible the fans that has reverse switch itselfe. The light dimmer is compatible with dimmable LED, and incandescent light bulbs, non-dimming bulbs only have the on/off function. If your fan have pull chain switch, before using the wireless remote control, use the switch to turn the fan speed to maximum and turn the fan light on.
