It was made between ww1 and ww2 (between 1914-1945)
This is a unique history piece with a rare Elgin “black stars dial”, this one in particular is different than most of them, it has a white face with black stars.
During WW2 they did had star dials although they were being fazed out. this design was used during WW1 although with a black face and white stars typically.
Runs flawlessly! Everything is almost in perfect condition, minor wear but to be expected.
I wasn’t going to sell it but I really could use the money.
