it is in pre-owned condition it is not new it has a hole around the seam on the back of the dress around the shoulder blades tried to show it in pictures it's not very big and it does seem to hide in the seam it a long dress I am 5ft5 and it hits the ground it does have a lot of stretch and it is thin reminds me of the sundress and it does have a split at the bottom it goes so far up the leg I think it's stop at knee as always I love offers and have a wonderful day c50. .not new with tages
