The putty is brand new, still sealed in its tin as pictured, never opened or used.
Originally sold blind, the plastic seal of this item has been broken slightly (see pictures) to partially remove the cover sticker to check the type of putty. The plastic is still mostly intact and sealed around the tin. The putty type is guaranteed with the benefit of getting to completely open it yourself.
