Victor Arcair 35099003 3/8 x 5/32 x 12 inch Gouging Electrodes Flat Copperclad DC Package of 25 has been specially designed for close tolerance metal removal and scarfing applications. Excellent for general gouging applications, removing weld crowns, repairing or making dies, removing temporary welded dogs, and scarfing billets. Designed specifically for the air carbon-arc process and contains a precise formulated blend of carbon and graphite. These electrodes produce the most efficient metal removal performance in today's market and superior metal removal rates, cool operation and uniform diameters. The direct current type is direct current (DC) and the operating polarity is direct current electrode positive with reverse polarity (DCEP). The electrode size is 3/8 by 5/32 by 12 inches and the amperage capacity is 250 to 300 amps. Victor recommends the following torches K2000, K3000, K4000 and K3.
