Appliable for Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 5.7L 2011-2020;Grand Cherokee V8 6.2L 2018-2020;Grand Cherokee V8 6.4L 2012-2020Clutch installation instructions:Before replacing the clutch1. Make sure it is a clutch failure, such as checking whether the power supply circuit is working properly. If the power supply circuit is working properly, the clutch does not engage. In this case, it needs to be replaced.2. Remove the compressor, remove the old electromagnetic clutch, check whether the compressor is damaged, and clean the front cover of the compressor and the contact surface of the coil after confirming that the compressor is not faulty.3. Install the new coil and fix it with screws or shaft retaining rings.4. Install the pulley and fix it with the shaft retaining ring. Check whether the pulley rotates and rubs against the coil. If there is friction, it is unqualified. Check the reason.5. Install the suction cup and adjust the gap to a reasonable gap between 0.4-0.6MM with a gap pad. After fixing the suction cup, power on to check whether the attraction is normal. After power off, the rotating pulley is separated from the suction cup. If there is no friction, it is qualified.
