Apple Ipad 9th Generation 64GB

hi! i’m selling my ipad ive had for about two years! its in great condition, no scratches on the screen! it doesn’t have a screen protector on it but it’s in great condition! nothing wrong with the back of ipad either. i’m selling this just because i got a new laptop i don’t use the ipad anymore! i also bought an apple pencil to go with it so i will include that with it too! i will include the case i got for it as well, but it is dirty from wear! the ipad is 64g and just needs to be updated but its still pretty much on the latest ios! the retail for the ipad is about $290 and the apple pencil first gen is $80. so i thought $300 is fair for a retail of $370!!
